We invite all providers across the State of Vermont and beyond to train with us at our headquarters in Middlebury. Our modern training room is designed to inspire learning in a comfortable and flexible environment featuring integrated A/V equipment and abundant natural light. Our heated ambulance bays are ready realistic hands on training.
We provide training on State-Level protocols as well as more advanced courses such as PreHospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS).

AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider – Individual Hybrid
$35 per person | 30 min skills session
Designed for current healthcare providers needing to renew or validate their BLS skills with a quick, focused session. Participants complete the AHA HeartCode BLS online course ($37), then schedule a hands-on skills check with MREMS.
Pediatric High Performance CPR – Group Class
3-hour class
Available to organizations with at least 8 participants.
Advanced, team-focused training designed to improve efficiency, communication, and outcomes during pediatric cardiac arrest scenarios.
AHA BLS for the Healthcare Provider – Group Class
$55 per person | 3-hour class
Available to organizations with at least 8 participants.
Ideal for hospitals, clinics, and first responder agencies certifying staff in team-based CPR and resuscitation skills.
Adult High Performance CPR – Group Class
3-hour class
Available to organizations with at least 8 participants.
