Emergency Medical Services

Middlebury Regional EMS is staffed by Paramedics, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Emergency Medical Responders/Vermont Emergency First Responders (EMRs/VEFRs).

Our crews respond to nearly 3,000 emergency calls each year across Bridport, Cornwall, Middlebury, Orwell, Ripton, Salisbury, Shoreham, Weybridge, Whiting, parts of New Haven, and the Middlebury Snow Bowl in Hancock.

We also provide mutual aid throughout Addison County and northern Rutland County.
