MREMS is staffed by highly trained Paramedics, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMT), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Emergency Medical Responders / Vermont Emergency First Responders (EMR/VEFR). 

Crews respond to nearly 4000 emergency calls pear year in the towns of Bridport, Cornwall, Middlebury, Orwell, Ripton, Salisbury, Shoreham, Weybridge, Whiting, part of New Haven and the Middlebury Snow Bowl in Hancock.

We also respond to mutual aid calls all over Addison County and Northern Rutland County and in return these mutual aid agencies respond to our coverage area when needed.
